Nespresso serial number can be located in one of the following places:

- On the Drip Tray, printed on a removable sticker
- At the base of the machine, printed on a removable sticker
- On the original box the machine arrived in

The serial number consists of 19 alphanumeric characters. All letters are in Upper Case.

Warranty (1 year validity) is only valid in India if Caramelly Care+ was bought at the time of purchasing the machine.
